Dana Kidder is a native of the state of New Hampshire and worked in both the automotive parts and building materials industries, before moving to Ohio in 2001 where he earned a degree in Pastoral Ministry from Cedarville University. Dana spent six years in associate pastoral ministry in Xenia, Ohio and Rochelle, Illinois. He has served as pastor of Redemption Bible Church since January 2012. He also serves as the chairman of the board of directors for the New Path Pregnancy Resource Centers. Dana and Kristine have two grown sons with families of their own.

Ben Beaghan grew up in Metro-Detroit and attended Oakland University where he received his undergraduate degree in environmental science. He and his wife, Kenzie, met while serving at Bair Lake Bible Camp and were married in 2012. Ben worked at Bair Lake Bible Camp as the Program Specialist and Discipleship Manager before moving to Ohio to serve at Redemption Bible Church in January of 2020. Ben has a Master of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and leads the counseling program at Redemption Bible Church.

Steve was raised in a Christian home in the Columbus area. He is a retired police officer and he and his wife Analisa have a small farm in Cable. They have four grown children and have been a part of RBC since 2017. Steve has served as an elder since 2019.

Chad and Annette have been fixtures of RBC since the early 1990’s. Over the years Chad has led the youth ministry and has served as an elder for nearly two decades. They live in DeGraff and have two grown daughters with growing families of their own. Chad has been in floor covering installations and has
probably worked in nearly every home in Logan County.

LEE JONES
Lee is a Logansville native and yet did not come to attend RBC until 2017. He has had a unique ministry as an administrator in long term care facilities, but his real passion is found in podcasting and discussions of books and theology. Lee has served as an elder of RBC since 2023.

Maya grew up in Cable Ohio, and began attending RBC with her family in 2017. She met Drew at RBC, and they were married in 2022. They live on a farm in the countryside and are expecting their first baby later this year. She has served as the church secretary since early 2023.

Beth was born and raised in Bellefontaine. She and her husband Shawn have five kids whom she has enthusiastically homeschooled. Their family have been a part of RBC since 2016. She loves the kids and families of RBC, and is typically found loving and laughing with them. Beth has served as the Children’s Ministry Director since 2018.
